Terms and conditions

Quotes. A price quoted for a route is for the whole vehicle and includes the driver, fuel, tolls and normal waiting time. It does not include site entry fees, meals, or services provided by third parties such as camps, guides or activity operators.

Booking and confirmation. A booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm it, not when a form is submitted. Until you have that confirmation, no vehicle is reserved.

Payment. You pay the driver on arrival, in cash or by card on the payment terminal in the vehicle. There is no deposit and nothing to pay in advance. On desert and mountain routes the terminal can lose mobile signal, so carry cash there.

Cancellation. Cancellation is free. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is nothing to keep or refund. Please tell us as early as you can, so a driver is not sent for nothing.

Luggage and vehicles. The vehicle sent matches the passenger and luggage count given at booking. Surfboards and oversized luggage carry a supplement of 50 MAD (about €5) per board or item; declare them when you book. Child seats are available on request. If the actual luggage exceeds what was declared and does not fit, we will do our best to arrange an alternative, which may carry a charge.

Delays and force majeure. We track flights and adjust pickups accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes or other events outside our control.

Liability. Our vehicles carry the compulsory motor insurance and the carrier’s liability insurance for passengers that Moroccan law requires of paid passenger transport (Insurance Code, Law 17-99, article 123).
