What “luxury” means here
We use the word carefully, because it is used carelessly everywhere else.
It does not mean a different company or a different way of working. It means a higher class of vehicle than our standard sedan, and a driver who is assigned to you for the booking rather than moving on to the next job. The booking terms are the ones we give everyone: a fixed quote before you travel, payment to the driver in the vehicle, no deposit, and free cancellation.
In practice that is a Mercedes E-Class sedan, or a Mercedes Vito van when there are more of you or more luggage. Our everyday fleet, for comparison, is a Skoda Octavia sedan, a Hyundai Staria minivan and a Mercedes Sprinter minibus. The vehicle we will send is confirmed in writing when you book.
When it is worth it
For most journeys it is not, and we would rather say so. A clean sedan with a good driver gets you from the airport to your riad exactly as well as anything more expensive.
It earns its price in four situations.
An arrival you want to go smoothly. Someone in arrivals with your name, a car that suits the occasion, and no negotiation at the rank.
A business day. A car and driver at your disposal from the morning to the evening, so meetings across the city and a trip to the airport are one arrangement rather than five.
An occasion. A wedding, an anniversary, a birthday — the times when the vehicle is part of the event and a minivan would spoil the photograph.
Someone you are hosting. A client, a guest, family arriving for the first time. The point is not the car; it is that they are looked after.
What is included, and what we will not promise
Included: the vehicle, the driver for the journey or the day, fuel, tolls, airport parking and waiting time. For airport pickups, flight tracking and the meet-and-greet in arrivals.
Bottled water is provided on board. Child seats are available: ask for one when you book and give the child’s age, so it is in the vehicle at pickup. Our drivers speak English and French.
We will not promise another language, or extras we have not confirmed. If something else matters to you, ask when you book and you will get a plain yes or no.
How pricing works
Every transfer has a fixed fare for the luxury sedan and for the luxury van. Choose either vehicle in the booking form on this page to see it for your route, or compare all routes on our price table. A day at your disposal depends on the hours, so it is quoted on request, and once quoted it is fixed.
Nothing is prepaid. You pay the driver at the end, cash or card in the vehicle, and you can cancel at any time without charge.
Booking
Send us the date, the pickup and the destination, the number of people and bags, and the occasion. For an airport pickup add the flight number so we can track it. We reply with the vehicle we would send and the quote, in writing.

- Which vehicles are in the premium tier?

- Is the driver different?
- It is one of our own licensed drivers, assigned to you for the booking rather than moving between jobs. Our drivers speak English and French; we cannot promise any other language. Tell us if you want a formal dress code or discretion for a client, and we will say plainly whether we can do it.
- What does a premium transfer cost?
- Each transfer has its own fixed fare for the luxury sedan and the luxury van: choose either vehicle in the booking form on this page, or see our price table, and the figure is there before you book. A day at your disposal or an event depends on the hours, so we quote it on request. As with everything we do, the price is fixed before you travel, paid to the driver in the vehicle, and there is no deposit.
- Can I book it for a wedding or an event?
- Yes. Give us the date, the number of people, the pickup points and the timings, and we will quote the day rather than a single journey. If several vehicles are needed we will say what we can supply ourselves.
- Is it available for the airport?
- Yes, and it is the most common use. The driver waits in arrivals with your name, we track the flight, and you are taken to the door or to the nearest medina gate. Everything on our airport transfer page applies; only the vehicle and the driver assignment change.
- Do I need it, or is the standard sedan enough?
- For most travellers the standard sedan is enough, and we will tell you so. The premium tier is worth it when the vehicle is part of the occasion, when you are hosting someone, or when a long business day needs a car and driver at your disposal.
