Privacy policy

What we collect. When you make a booking we collect your name, a WhatsApp or phone number, and optionally a flight number. We collect the trip details you enter: route, date, time and passenger count.

Why we collect it. Solely to arrange and deliver the transfer you booked, and to contact you about it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

The booking widget. Prices are calculated in your browser from data already loaded with the page. Your booking details are not sent anywhere until you submit the form. Your currency preference is stored in your browser only and never reaches us.

Retention. We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business. Where a booking record serves as an accounting document, Moroccan law requires it to be kept for ten years (Law 9-88, article 22).

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.

Third parties. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We take no online payment, so no payment provider receives your data.
